Art Therapy

Using art materials and body work, enhance your growth with resilience practices, build your wisdom and capacity for positive imagination, experience sustaining hope through the use of art-making, writing, and sharing. Harmonize with nature, connect to yourself, your fellow participants, the world – and become authentically yourself.
This workshop is open to professionals and lay people who want to enhance their capacity to heal themselves and others, guided by a specialist in healing trauma, bereavement, loss, and depression. Hannah has more than 40 years of experience. She has conducted workshops and conference presentations in Israel, Canada, USA, and Colombia, and has written numerous articles and book chapters.
Cost: CDN$600+HST – all inclusive: materials, accommodation and food.
Cost (no accommodation): CDN$350+HST – includes materials and 2 lunches.
