The Rope choice Paradigm is a system for resolving interpersonal conflicts in one Art Therapy session. In combining creative imagination and cognitive approaches, it is easier to arrive at a solution that will be good enough for the present time. When situations change, it is advisable to repeat the process and arrive at a new solution suitable for the new situation.
The 9 videos will take you step by step through the rational and the theory behind the process, and show you the way it is applied.
It is possible to book a personal teaching session or a workshop to teach therapists how to use the paradigm.

In Psychotherapy networked, there is a monthly challenge for therapists to respond to a quandary sent in by members of the therapeutic community.
Here are my answers which were published for the |September and October 2020 quandaries.
First is the one called “Try Something New” which is the recommendation to a therapist in a rural area who feels she does not have enough experience to work with an OCD patient, but there is no one else available.
The second is advice to a mother who is panicking because she reverted to behave harshly to her children after making year-long progress in being compassionate towards them.
